What is "Food at Actual Price"?
Unlike other platforms, we don't add markups to menu prices. You pay the same price as you would at the restaurant, plus a transparent delivery fee.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 25-45 minutes depending on your location, restaurant preparation time, and current demand. You can track your order in real-time.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on distance and are clearly shown before you place your order. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes! You can schedule orders up to 7 days in advance. Just select your preferred delivery time during checkout.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on delivery is also available in select areas.
How do I get a refund?
If there's an issue with your order, contact us through the app or website. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Is my payment information secure?

How do I create an account?
Simply enter your phone number and verify with OTP. That's it! You can add your name and email later for a better experience.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time through the app. You'll see when it's being prepared, picked up, and out for delivery.
How do I update my delivery address?
Go to your profile settings to add, edit, or remove saved addresses. You can also enter a new address during checkout.
